Wastewater Infrastructure Assessment Project Engineer
Wright-Pierce, an award-winning, multi-discipline environmental engineering firm specializing in water, wastewater and civil infrastructure, is seeking a Project Engineer to join our growing New England Wastewater Infrastructure Group.Salary range is $78,000 - $125,000/yr.NOTE: Final salary is based on education, experience, certifications, and location.ResponsibilitiesTechnical design, bidding and construction of horizontal projects (sewer, stormwater/drainage, etc.)Developing plans and specifications for sewer systemsSewer system flow monitoringInfiltration/Inflow (I/I) assessments, evaluations and reportingFieldwork for sewer system evaluation surveys (SSES)SSES evaluations and reportsGather and analyze dataHydraulic modeling, if interestedData and asset managementEssential FunctionsEffective written and verbal communication skillsPersonal organization and time management skillsAble to build strong relationships with coworkersCommitted to continual learningEffective client relationship skillsExcellent attention to detailExperience 3-5 years of experience related to sewer system condition assessment, design, bidding, and constructionCertificationsEngineer in Training certification requiredCertification in NASSCO’s Pipeline Assessment Certification Program (PACP) preferred, or Wright-Pierce will support obtaining certification, if necessaryEducationB.S.
