The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and developing the production and manufacturing team, including the Production Manager and General Manager. This is a senior leadership position that requires a candidate with a strong background in aluminum manufacturing, either in an industrial or food-grade capacity. The Chief Manufacturing Officer will be at the forefront of the production and manufacturing operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety standards are met. Applicants for the Chief Manufacturing Officer role at the company must have a proven track record in managing a plant from a production standpoint and experience in leading a team of direct reports. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the aluminum manufacturing process and be adept at driving continuous improvement initiatives.
