LTSE is seeking a strategic and execution-oriented Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the company’s financial strategy while also serving as a key driver of enterprise-wide operational performance.This is not a traditional, accounting-only CFO role. We are looking for a leader who has deep experience overseeing financial strategy and guiding strategic operations, either directly leading operations teams or serving in a structure where Operations reported into Finance.The ideal candidate brings a combination of capital strategy, fundraising leadership, sophisticated FP&A capabilities, and enterprise execution rigor. This person will partner closely with the CEO and executive team to translate strategy into measurable outcomes, ensure capital is deployed effectively, and build the operational cadence required to scale.Leadership ResponsibilitiesRepresent Finance and Operations at the Executive team and Board levelServe as a strategic thought partner to the CEO in enterprise planning and value creationOversee and develop leaders across Finance and Operations functionsRepresent LTSE with current and prospective investors, regulators, and key stakeholdersAct as enterprise DRI (Directly Responsible Individual) for operationalizing strategic initiativesProvide guidance and direction for other functions as defined by the CEOKey Responsibilities
