The ideal candidate is motivated, resilient, and thrives in a fast-paced sales environment.Key ResponsibilitiesAcquire new business while managing a portfolio of key accountsProspect and qualify leads via cold calls, email outreach, and research tools (Google, ZoomInfo, etc.)Act as the primary contact for major accounts, handling escalations when neededConduct quarterly business reviews and strategic planning sessions with client executivesCollaborate with internal account teams to ensure service excellenceProvide coaching and direction to team membersMonitor KPIs, oversee daily operations, and guide execution to ensure consistent resultsExpectationsMake 60+ outbound calls daily (higher for junior-level AEs)Meet or exceed key performance goals including load count, gross profit, and CRM activityDemonstrate a “service-first” mindset by minimizing preventable issuesConsistently operate with professionalism, reliability, and integrityCompensation & Benefits$50,000–$65,000 base salary (DOE) + uncapped commission potentialPaid holidays and PTO after 90 daysHealth, dental, and vision insurance401(k) retirement planOngoing training and career development opportunitiesIf you’re motivated, competitive, and eager to grow, we want to hear from you.
