Payroll Implementation Specialist
A company is looking for a Payroll Implementation Specialist to ensure successful implementation of client payroll services.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the initial payroll contact for clients and own the testing of payroll-related modules and workflows
Conduct client and internal user training while participating in process improvement and issue resolution
Utilize analytical skills to support payroll administration and enhance service delivery
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources, finance, accounting, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in payroll administration, payroll analytics, or payroll system development
Minimum of 3 years of experience in payroll management or data analytics
Familiarity with payroll processes, including payroll auditing and tax withholdings
Strong understanding of payroll laws, regulations, and compliance requirements
