Headquartered in Indianapolis, Indiana, Eight Eleven Group has 35+ branch locations throughout the United States.The Employee Engagement & Learning Content Specialist is responsible for designing, developing, and delivering high-impact content that supports employee growth, professional & personal development, and continuous learning and skill development. This role collaborates with cross-functional teams, such as PMO, Delivery & Sales Enablement, and Marketing to create engaging learning experiences, strengthen skill development, and foster culture and meaningful connections across the organization. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Develop and execute a learning content strategy focused on professional development, training, and continuous learning Lead end-to-end content development for learning programs, training initiatives, and employee engagement experiences. Create high-quality learning content, including e-learning modules, training materials, playbooks, guides, videos, and presentations that supports career growth.
