The Strategy & Planning Lead is a newly created role within the Office of the CFO, designed to serve as a force multiplier to executive leadership. This individual will work directly with the CFO and closely with the entire executive team to help define strategy, translate it into actionable plans, and ensure the organization executes against those plans effectively. This is a high-trust, high-impact individual contributor role. You will be SBS' architect for strategic growth, helping to create hundreds of millions of dollars in enterprise value. We are looking for candidates who currently live in the Sioux Falls area.
