This role blends technical leadership, team development, and business growth, overseeing a team of approximately 10 engineers and designers supporting municipal and industrial projects. The Electrical Group Manager will remain actively involved in project delivery while mentoring staff, supporting proposals, strengthening client relationships, and expanding the discipline’s market presence.
