Glass Glazing Project Manager – Anne Arundel County, MDA leading East Coast provider of commercial window, storefront, and specialty glazing solutions, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the full post-sales lifecycle of glazing and storefront projects.Ideal candidate will bring a combination of office and field skills to execute the full post-sales project life cycle for assigned storefront and glazing projects, with frequent regional travel as needed.Essential functions include (but not limited to):Generate internal project schedule including time frames for submittals, manufacturing and field installationPrepare all submittals and shop drawings in accordance with contract documentsBuy-out and schedule all material and equipment for assigned projects including:Ensure purchase orders are accurate including quantities, field measurements and pricingPlan and execute field installation for assigned projects including:Schedule material delivery to optimize field efficiency and minimize excess inventorySkills & RequirementsStrong knowledge of curtain wall systems, storefront framing, entrance doors/hardware, and structural silicone glazing.3+ year experience in storefront / glazing with proven project management exposure or responsibilities requiredAssociate or Bachelor degree in engineering, construction management or equivalent length of related work experienceStrong interpersonal & Microsoft Office skillsJob requires physical labor.
