The Senior Project Manager is a full-time, on-site role and involves overseeing all aspects of residential construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. Responsibilities include managing project timelines, coordinating with clients, training team members, supervising contractors, and material takeoffs, among others. The Senior Project Manager is expected to collaborate closely with clients, other project managers, trade partners, and designers to ensure successful project execution and client satisfaction.QualificationsStrong leadership and team management skills to supervise subcontractors and on-site teams.Proficiency in project scheduling, budgeting, and adherence to deadlines.Expertise in building science, safety protocols, and quality control standards.Exceptional problem-solving, organizational, and communication skillsStrong interpersonal and leadership skills for team coordination and client communicationProficiency in construction management software and tools is a plusBachelor's degree in Construction Management/Science or a related field preferred8-10 years of experience in high-end residential construction is highly desirable
