Your responsibilities encompass the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of various low voltage systems such as fire, security, communication, and audio-visual systems.Key Responsibilities and Essential Tasks:Install wire, boxes and low voltage devices by use of hand toolsCarrying material and tools from location to locationPerforms all tasks in a timely manner and meets minimum production standardsAbides by company rules, policies, & safety standards including incident reporting proceduresPerforms other project related duties & assignments as instructed by supervisorAssemble low voltage systems, using hand tools with supervisionMaintains a clean work area throughout the duration of work shiftMaintain a clear driving recordKnowledge, Skills and Abilities:Demonstrated mechanical aptitudeProficiency with hand toolsValid license to driveFollows written & verbal directions and instructionsDesire and willingness to join an apprenticeship program to gain knowledge and skills for career advancementWhat's in it for You?We're growing and need people excited about honing their craft and developing their career. This position may involve site visits which will require the ability to walk on uneven surfaces, climb stairs and wear appropriate personal protective equipment.Required to have visual acuity with or without correction in order to read contract documents, analyze data, view a computer monitor, and proof-read documents to identify errors.Reporting Structure:Reports to - Field Service ManagerDepartment - Technical Services
