Visit our site Eleosaba.com to learn more!About The ABA Center Evening Supervisor PositionThe ABA Center Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the center, ensuring adequate staffing coverage, and maintaining a supportive and organized environment for clients, families, and staff.This role provides oversight of behavior technicians, ensures the facility remains clean and functional, assists families with inquiries, and processes insurance authorizations to facilitate smooth service delivery.The ABA Center Coordinator must demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a compassionate approach in interactions with clients and staff.ResponsibilitiesMaintain daily staffing coverage to ensure uninterrupted client services.Manage day-to-day staff scheduling.Oversee and support behavior technicians in their roles, providing guidance as needed.Provide direct therapy to children as needed.Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the center.Greet and assist families upon arrival, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment.Provide support to families by answering questions and directing them to appropriate resources.Coordinate with clinical and administrative staff to ensure operational efficiency.Maintain documentation and records in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.Assist with training new staff on center policies and procedures.Ensure adherence to health and safety guidelines within the center.Address any facility-related issues to maintain a safe and functional work environment.Ensure company procedures and policies are adhered to.ExperienceEducation: High school diploma (Bachelors preferred)Experience: 1 year working with children under 10yrs old, experience as a therapist/RBT preferredQualificationsStrong organizational and time management skills.Ability to coordinate and support staff effectively.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.Professional and compassionate demeanor when interacting with families and staff.Basic knowledge of insurance processes and authorization procedures.Ability to adhere to organizational policies and procedures.Commitment to maintaining client confidentiality and adhering to HIPAA regulations.Proficiency in basic office software and data entry systems.Basic & Physical RequirementsMust be able to lift up to 25 pounds.Must be able to sit, stand, and move around the center for extended periods.Must have manual dexterity to use computer and office equipment.Must be able to communicate clearly in person, over the phone, and via email.Benefits3 weeks of PTO and 6 paid holidays401(k) retirement savings with company matchingEmployee Assistance Program (EAP)Opportunities for pay increases and bonuses based on performanceCareer growth and professional development opportunitiesAn inclusive work environmentE04JI802jb574096h1b
