Please feel free to reach out to human resources for more details!JOB DESCRIPTIONPOSITION TITLE:Integrated Behavioral Health ClinicianPOSITION SUMMARY:Provides consultation to primary care and behavioral health staffaround treatment options for patients with behavioral health disorders. Also, Provides direct clinical services and staff supervision.Works as part of the patient's primary care treatment team andprovides support in managing the psychological aspects of thepatient's care.REPORTS TO:Behavioral Health DirectorFLSA STATUS:ExemptPRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: Attend primary care treatment team meetingsSupport each primary care team with behavioral health perspective on patientsParticipate in daily staff 'huddle'Provides integrated behavioral health consultation, brief therapy, and diagnostic evaluationSupervise other behavioral health staff (e.g. Community Health Workers), as may be requiredParticipate in staff training around motivational interviewing, behavioral management of complex medical and psychologically impacted patientsComplete comprehensive documentation for each patient visit in the patient's health recordDemonstrate a commitment to integrated health care by at least quarterly attendance at oral health department meetingsREQUIRED SKILLS, EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: Strong commitment to CHCFC Mission. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Ability to work with a diverse population and sensitivity to low-income populations.Doctorate in clinical psychology or Master's in Clinical Social WorkCurrent independent license in MA (e.g. Clinical/Counseling Psychologist, LICSW)At least two years of health psychology experienceBilingual/multilingual and bicultural/multicultural clinicians are strongly encouraged to apply.PHYSICAL DEMANDS: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
