Associate Line Producer
Huckberry is looking for a sharp, high-energy, and meticulously organized Associate Line Producer to join our Production Team in Austin, TX. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in bringing Huckberry's House Brands, third-party stories, and gear to life by supporting the execution of seasonal photo and video campaigns.You are someone who is product-obsessed, deadline-driven, and possesses an exceptional eye for detail. Working closely with our in-house creative services teams—photo, design, and editorial—as well as our external freelance network, you will help manage creative budgets and keep multi-day shoots running perfectly on schedule.This position reports directly to the Campaign Production Manager and is based out of our headquarters in Austin, TX (with relocation support provided for remote hires).ResponsibilitiesProduction Execution: Coordinate end-to-end on-set logistics, including model communications, localized production partner scheduling, and seamless sample shipping/handling on locationProduction Lifecycles: Actively participate in and support campaign brainstorms, concept reviews, pre-production planning, and post-production wrap meetingsBudget Management: Help track, manage, and maximize creative production budgets to ensure financial efficiencyAsset Capture Support: Coordinate on-set logistics to ensure all required assets are captured for social media, performance marketing, and behind-the-scenes (BTS) needsNetwork Cultivation: Maintain and help grow Huckberry's trusted network of freelance photographers, directors, stylists, and local production partnersTravel Flexibility: Maintain a willingness to travel on location as required for various seasonal photoshootsStudio Support: Provide support for Huckberry's studio team at peak capacityRequirementsExperience: Minimum 2-4 years of experience in creative production, line producing, or project management within a fast-paced retail, agency, or media environmentCustomer & Brand Alignment: A deep understanding of the Huckberry customer lifestyle and an obsession with product marketingProject Management Skills: Expert organizational and project management abilities with a proven track record of handling multiple moving parts without breaking a sweatFinancial Rigor: Demonstrated capability to monitor line-item production budgets and maximize resource allocationInterpersonal & Communication Excellence: Strong people skills and clear communication workflows to seamlessly manage internal creative teams and external vendorsCore Traits: High energy, detail-oriented, a natural "hustler" mentality, and completely deadline-drivenBenefits Medical, Dental, Vision benefits 401(k) and employer match Annual Huckberry shopping credits Paid Sabbatical leave at 4 years Summer Fridays Weekly catered lunch Monthly happy hours Mental health resources Paid Parental Leave Paid Vacation & Paid Sick Leave Volunteer Time Off Generous employee discount WFH flexibility Annual offsites Company DescriptionHuckberry is the ultimate one-stop men's shop for discovering the best gear and threads.
