Landscape Install Crew MemberLocation: Farmington Hills, MIKey Areas of Responsibilities:Perform tasks like clearing and preparing job sites, grading terrain, digging trenches, and removing debris and other hazards.Construct hardscape features, which may include laying paver patios, building retaining walls, installing fences, and setting stone or concrete walkways.Install plants, trees, shrubs, sod, and mulch.Safely operate a variety of hand and power tools, as well as heavy machinery such as skid steers, power saws, and jackhammers.Education, Experience and Skills Required:Communication with management or crew leader as it relates to the job site scheduleConduct work in a safe mannerLandscape Hardscape field experience is preferred.Experience in heavy equipment preferredValid Drivers license preferredWilling to take on additional duties and/or miscellaneous tasks, as neededPunctuality and a strong work ethic are highly valued. Physical Requirements:The ability to work outdoors in a variety of conditions.Must be able to work for uninterrupted extended periods of time.The ability to lift at least 50 lbs., bend, and squat for extended periods.
