You will oversee customer account management, including contracts, renewals, and upsell opportunities, while collaborating with internal teams to deliver excellent customer experiences.This is a 100% account management role (no new business acquisition) with a focus on managing longer sales cycles and supporting growth within assigned accounts. The role may involve occasional travel and participation in customer events or trade shows.For senior account managers, responsibilities will also include mentoring junior team members, supporting billing activities in partnership with global teams, and representing the company at industry events.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as the lead point of contact for all account-related mattersBuild and maintain strong, long-term customer relationshipsManage customer accounts, including renewals, contracts, and agreements to maximize valueIdentify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accountsRespond to customer queries in a timely and professional mannerCollaborate with cross-functional teams (customer service, product, and billing) to improve the customer experienceSupport customer events, trade shows, and other industry activitiesIn a senior capacity: mentor junior account managers and liaise with global billing teamsIdeal Candidate ProfileExperience in Account Management within SaaS, ERP, logistics, distribution or WMS solutionsStrong knowledge of wholesale, distribution sectors (automotive industry knowledge highly desirable)Proven ability to manage longer, complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholdersStrong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skillsCustomer-focused, with a track record of driving account growth and satisfactionComfortable in a fast-paced, remote-first environment and willing to travel occasionally for customer and industry eventsAdditional InformationSeniority level: Not applicableEmployment type: Full-timeJob function: Sales and Business DevelopmentIndustries: Software Development and IT System Custom Software Development#J-18808-Ljbffr
