Agentic AI QA Engineering Manager (Director – Automation & Quality Engineering)

Location: Charlotte, NC; Chicago, IL; New York, NY; Atlanta, GA – Hybrid (3 days/week onsite)Compensation: $160K – $200K base + 20% bonusSponsorship: Not availableAbout the RoleWe’re looking for a hands-on QA Engineering leader to modernize how testing is done—shifting from traditional QA to an automation-first, AI-enabled testing model.This is a build-and-elevate role, not a maintenance role.
