The company has grown quickly over the past year and continues to expand its team to support that momentum.About the RoleThis role sits at the intersection of executive support and content coordination, working directly with the founder and CEO. The person in this seat will manage day-to-day scheduling, travel, and priorities for a highly visible principal, while also partnering closely with the creative team to help produce and coordinate content. This is not a desk-bound, task-execution role. It is built for someone who wants to operate as a trusted right hand, anticipate needs before they're spoken, and help a fast-moving leader stay focused on high-impact work. The role reports directly to the CEO, with close day-to-day collaboration with the operations lead.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn daily scheduling, calendaring, and prioritization for the CEOManage all travel logistics end to end, anticipating needs in advanceBuild and maintain systems that reduce repeated oversight once trainedCoordinate content production alongside the creative team, from concept through deliveryCapture, edit, and organize photo and video content at events and key momentsDraft and organize written content supporting the CEO's public-facing workAct as a first point of contact in meetings and events, protecting the CEO's time and attentionAnticipate what a pitch, meeting, or initiative will require and proactively prepare for itBuild relationships with key stakeholders and partners on the CEO's behalfManage day-to-day communication and follow-through across a small, fast-moving teamQualificationsExperience supporting a founder, executive, or other high-visibility principal is requiredDemonstrated ability to operate proactively and make confident decisions with minimal oversightComfortable in high-level, executive-facing environmentsWorking knowledge of Canva or similar design tools, is a plusExperience with light photo or video editing, is a plusBased in or near Los Angeles, within approximately one hour of the work locationNaturally relational, with strong interpersonal instincts and sound judgment about boundariesFast, independent learner who can adapt to new systems and processes quicklyBackground in production, entertainment, agency, or a similarly fast-paced environment is an assetGenuine interest in content and creative work, without requiring formal content-creation experienceCompensation & BenefitsCompensation range: $100,000–$110,000, commensurate with experience.
