We are seeking a talented and versatile Sr. Graphic Designer to join our team, focusing on creating engaging visual content for social media channels. If you have a passion for design and a knack for crafting compelling narratives through visuals, we want to hear from you!ResponsibilitiesDesign high-quality content for various social media platforms, including static graphics, carousels, stories, reels, and paid ads.Translate brand guidelines into visually appealing assets tailored to each platform.Contribute creative ideas to campaigns and content calendars.Produce short-form videos and motion graphics using editing software.Maintain visual consistency across all channels while introducing fresh concepts.Stay updated on design trends and cultural moments to inspire new content.Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring deadlines are met.Collaborate with marketing strategists, copywriters, and other team members to align visuals with messaging and campaign goals.SkillsBachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.3-5 years of experience in social media design or content creation roles.Strong portfolio showcasing social-first design and motion graphics.Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) and other relevant design tools.Solid understanding of visual storytelling, typography, layout, and mobile-first content design.Preferred SkillsExperience in creating motion graphics or animated content.Familiarity with paid social creative requirements and performance optimization.Ability to collaborate effectively with copywriters and strategists.Interest in digital trends and evolving platform behaviors.At Horizontal, we embrace diversity, equity, and inclusion as core principles.
