Role Description We are seeking a full-time Regional and Single Unit Food Service Director to join our team for an on-site role in Bloomingdale, NJ. This role oversees and manages food service operations to ensure high-quality meal preparation and delivery, compliance with safety standards, and financial accountability. Responsibilities include food preparation supervision, staff management and training, operational budgeting, cost controls, and inventory management. The Food Service Director will work closely with clients and teams to maintain smooth operations while meeting organizational goals. Qualifications Proven skills in Food Service and Food Preparation managementExpertise in Food & Beverage operations and P&L ManagementKnowledge of Budgeting and cost control practices in a food service environmentStrong leadership, communication, and team management skillsCompliance with health and safety regulations in food serviceExperience in healthcare or facilities management is a plusBachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Nutrition, Business Administration, or a related field preferredAbility to work efficiently in an on-site role in Bloomingdale, NJ
