Role Description This is a full-time on-site role based in Diamond Bar, CA, for a Customs Specialist. The Customs Specialist will be responsible for managing customs clearance processes for imports and exports, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations. Daily responsibilities include preparing and reviewing documentation, communicating with clients and customs officials, and resolving any issues related to import and export activities. The role requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and expertise in customs brokerage. Qualifications Proficiency in Customs Brokerage, with knowledge and experience in clearing shipments through U.S. customs procedures and regulationsExperience in both Import and Export operations, including documentation and complianceStrong Communication skills for effectively liaising with clients, customs officials, and internal teamsDetail-oriented with the ability to multitask and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environmentFamiliarity with import/export software systems and regulatory requirementsBachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience preferredCustoms Broker License or other relevant certifications are a plus
