Directing our Northern territory. This role is ideal for a strategic, results-driven professional who also leads with heart. If you are driven, compassionate, and truly love the work you do, we want to connect with you.About Sunrise Recovery101 beds across Southern Indiana and 45 in Lafayette, IndianaLevels of care: Detox, Residential (ASAM 3.5), PHP, and IOPLocally owned and operatedWe are growing—and we want the right leader to grow with us.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute strategic business development plans aligned with company growth goalsIdentify, evaluate, and pursue new market opportunitiesBuild and maintain strong relationships with referral partners and community stakeholdersLead and manage a team of Business Development Coordinators in the North territoryCollaborate cross-functionally to align growth strategies with our Southern operations and clinical teamsTrack, manage, and optimize relationships using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce)Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to inform strategyPrepare reports, forecasts, and performance updates for leadershipQualifications & SkillsProven success in business development and sales leadershipStrong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a teamStrategic thinker with experience in market analysis and growth planningExperience in behavioral health, addiction treatment, or healthcare preferredProficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce or similar)Excellent project management and organizational skillsStrong negotiation and relationship-building abilitiesOutstanding communication skills—both written and verbalWho You AreAggressive in drive, but grounded in compassionMission-focused and client-centeredDependable, accountable, and relationship-drivenSomeone looking for purpose, not just a paycheckPassionate about making a real difference in people’s livesWhy Join Us?At Sunrise Recovery, you’ll be part of a team that is deeply committed to transforming lives and strengthening communities.
