Senior Project ManagerHVAC/Mechanical ConstructionSalary: $120,000 – $150,000+Benefits Include:Medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k) match, paid time off, paid parental leave, holidays, and bonus incentive opportunities.A leading mechanical construction contractor is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee HVAC and mechanical construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. This role is responsible for managing project scope, schedules, budgets, procurement, safety, and client relationships to ensure successful project delivery.Key Responsibilities:Lead HVAC/mechanical construction projects through all phasesManage budgets, schedules, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentationOversee site safety compliance and quality control processesCoordinate subcontractors, vendors, procurement, and labor planningMonitor project financials, billings, productivity, and profitabilityBuild strong relationships with owners, general contractors, and project stakeholdersSupport future business opportunities and account growthRequirements:Associate's degree in a technical field required (bachelor's preferred)8+ years of project management experience in construction/mechanical systemsStrong knowledge of HVAC/mechanical construction and construction documentationExperience with estimating, project management, and accounting software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, SharePoint)Strong commercial, financial, and client management skillsPMP, OSHA 30, or LEED certifications are advantageousBenefits Include:Medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k) match, paid time off, paid parental leave, holidays, and bonus incentive opportunities.
