Pay: $18.00 per hour Job description: We are seeking a Maintenance Worker to perform maintenance and custodial operations at a 300+ unit condominium community, located in Mililani, HI. This is a moderate paced position, and the successful candidate will exhibit excellent customer service skills and technical knowledge in residential building repairs, including plumbing, carpentry, painting and appliance repairs (washers/dryers). RESPONSIBILITIES: Duties include performing various maintenance repairs in minor electrical, plumbing, masonry, carpentry, painting, building exteriors, appliances and assignments from the Administrator. Complete preventative maintenance programs and special projects as required. REQUIREMENTS: 3 years of multifamily housing maintenance experience and knowledge in repairs of, plumbing, carpentry, building exteriors, appliance installations, etc. Apartment/Building Maintenance: 3 years (preferred) Appliance repair: 1 year (preferred) Valid Hawaii driver’s license. Successfully pass pre-employment background check and drug test. COMPENSATION: Hourly rate commensurate with education and experience. BENEFITS: Medical, dental and vision benefits packages.
