The Commercial Project Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and completion of commercial glass and mirror projects. Responsibilities include managing budgets, preparing and reviewing contracts and submittals, coordinating resources and timelines, monitoring project progress, and maintaining effective communication with clients, vendors, and internal teams.QualificationsStrong analytical skills for problem solving and project evaluationExceptional communication skills to collaborate with clients, vendors, and team membersProficiency in budgeting and finance to manage project costs effectivelyExperience with contract management and negotiating termsOrganizational and time management skills to oversee multiple projects simultaneouslyProficiency with project management tools and software is a plusBachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business, Construction Management, or a related field is preferredPrior experience in the construction or glass industry is an advantage
