Job Description Job Summary: Seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our outpatient department under a dynamic "Friends healing Friends" community approach. The therapist will develop and implement individualized treatment plans to enhance patient recovery and functional outcomes. Responsibilities:Assess patients' physical condition and develop tailored therapy programs.Implement treatment plans using various physical therapy techniques.Educate patients and their families on exercises and recovery strategies.Communicate progress and collaborate with healthcare team members.Adapt therapy approaches based on patient responses and feedback.Maintain detailed documentation of patient progress and treatment sessions. Qualifications:Hold a valid Physical Therapist license.Demonstrate flexibility and open-mindedness within a community-focused environment.Experience working in outpatient settings preferred.Ability to treat a wide range of patients with diverse needs.Strong communication and teamwork skills.Able to work independently and as part of a team.
