Senior Program Manager
Job Summary:Our client is seeking a Senior Program Manager to join their team! This position is located in Greenwood Village, Colorado.Duties:Own and lead the consolidation and merging of three systems into one, coordinating cross-functional teams to meet key deliverables and timelinesWork directly with three different SDLC Dev teams and their leadership, managing deliverables and timelinesDrive program structure: organize workflows, document processes, resolve blockers, and improve program efficienciesCommunicate program status and key metrics to stakeholdersCreate and deliver executive-ready Microsoft PowerPoint updatesAct as a central point of contact between various teams and partnersLead and schedule recurring meetings, follow up on action items, and ensure clear accountability across all program workstreamsCoordinate lightly with adjacent initiatives such as: Research and Client Feedback to ensure alignmentUnderstand and communicate the broader impact of program work, connect strategic dots, and ask critical questions to guide project directionWork daily in tools like Jira and Confluence for project tracking and reportingDesired Skills/Experience:5+ years of Program Management experience in a large enterprise environmentExperience collaborating with Development/SDLC teams on deliveryExperience with onprem and cloud systemsDemonstrated ability to manage complex cross-functional programs with multiple stakeholdersStrong communication and organizational skills - ability to be a driver, not a followerProven experience with PowerPoint and executive-level reportingWorking knowledge of Jira or similar project tracking toolsExperience coordinating technology or business software development programsComfortable with process improvement, identifying gaps, and building repeatable structuresHigh degree of initiative - able to follow up, connect people, and move work forward without being promptedExposure to telecommunications or enterprise-level service delivery environments is a plusBenefits:Medical, Dental, & Vision Insurance PlansEmployee-Owned Profit Sharing (ESOP)401K offeredThe approximate pay range for this position is between $70.00 and $79.00. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location.
