Job Title: Data Collection Analyst - Manufacturing OperationsLocation: Alexander, ARDuration: 12 Months contract (Potential Temp to Perm)Payrate: $21/hr.Shift: 1st ShiftWork Environment: Non-climate controlled manufacturing area / Office Environment.Primary Responsibilities:Collect time study data from batch making and filling operationsAnalyze process and fill time data using ExcelRecord and maintain accurate data collection recordsGenerate reports and analysis of operational timing dataRequired Qualifications:Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data recording and analysisExperience with Microsoft Outlook and Teams softwareAbility to stand for extended periods in a non-climate controlled manufacturing environmentCommitment to mandatory PPE compliance and safety protocolsStrong attention to detail and data accuracyAbility to work independently in industrial settingPreferred Qualifications:Previous manufacturing experienceIndustrial engineering background or experienceKnowledge of time study methodologiesFamiliarity with production operations
