Remote Model Based System Engineer

18+ Month ContractFully RemoteUS Citizenship REQUIRED & W2 Only (No 3rd Party candidates will be accepted)Responsible for identifying, analyzing, and resolving system design weaknesses, developing system security documentation, and providing system accreditation/certification evaluation and test support. The role involves developing and evaluating systems, networks, and information systems to ensure designs meet applicable governmental security specifications. The Systems Engineer supports the generation of technical engineering products throughout the system development life cycle and influences the shaping of future products by contributing to the framework used across multiple products or systems.You’ll be a member of a cross functional team responsible for capturing all aspects of both the problem domain and the concept solution domain for future defense products. You will do do using advanced digital engineering methods, such as the usage of modern model-based systems engineering tools (e.g. NoMagic/MagicDraw/Cameo) to model interactions between the system of interest, all relevant stakeholders, and also define the conceptual system architecture and design validation and production methods.
