Youth Pickleball Coach

Job Description Responsibilities:- Educate and train kids in pickleball- Execute TGA training programs that focus on skill development, technique, the science of the game, and positive life lessons through sports.- Provide guidance and support to athletes to help them improve their performance.- Teach proper behavior management techniques to maintain a positive and respectful training environment.- Ensure the safety of all participants by enforcing safety rules and protocols.- Evaluate athletes' progress and provide constructive feedback for improvement.- Collaborate with other coaches and staff members to coordinate team activities.Qualifications:- Previous experience working with students or athletes in a coaching or teaching capacity is a plus, but the TGA system offers a road map for new instructors.- Strong knowledge of the game OR coaching background in other sports.- Ability to effectively communicate instructions and provide feedback to athletes of all ages and skill levels.- Excellent interpersonal skills to build rapport with athletes, parents, and fellow coaches.- Demonstrated ability to manage behavior and maintain discipline in a sports setting.- First aid training is a plus.If you are passionate about Pickleball and/or youth sports coaching and have the necessary qualifications, we would love to hear from you.
