SHEET METAL MECHANIC (ACFT)

Job TitleThe duties include:Verifying repairs and structural soundness of aircraft through blueprints and sketches.Operating hand or power machines to accomplish maintenance or repair tasks.Disassembling, modifying, repairing, and assembling structural parts and aerodynamic surfaces on aircraft and aircraft components.Calculating and scribing patterns for the fabrication of metal parts to be used in conjunction with industrial equipment and components.
