The ideal candidate will be responsive to tenants, proactive with property maintenance, and capable of ensuring the building is well maintained and operating efficiently.Primary ResponsibilitiesOversee daily operations of the apartment buildingServe as the primary point of contact for tenantsCoordinate maintenance requests and repairsPerform routine property inspections and report issuesEnsure cleanliness and upkeep of common areasCoordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providersMonitor building security and safety concernsCoordinate showings of vacant units and collection of new tenant applicationsAssist with tenant move-ins and move-outsEnforce property rules and lease policies professionallyCollect and document maintenance information and tenant communicationsRespond to emergency maintenance situations when necessaryMonitor laundry facilities and common building equipmentAssist ownership/management with general administrative tasks related to the propertyQualificationsPrevious property management or building management experience preferredStrong communication and customer service skillsBasic knowledge of building maintenance and repairsOrganized and detail-orientedAbility to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectivelyProfessional demeanor and dependable work ethicBilingual skills are a plus but not requiredFamiliarity with California landlord-tenant practices preferredScheduleFlexible schedule with availability for emergencies and occasional after-hours issuesCaprice Property is looking for someone who takes pride in maintaining a safe, clean, and well-managed residential community while providing excellent service to tenants.
