The ZTL oversees merchandising and customer service, ensuring store standards, Ops Center compliance, seasonal transition planning, inventory processes, and company programs meet expectations. The ZTL also supervises associates, ensures customer service standards meet company expectations, and communicates company directives.Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, minimum two years' retail experience in a supervisory role, ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, and skills in reading, writing, and speaking English. The ZTL must also have sound judgment, confidentiality, accuracy, organization, industry knowledge, communication, and interpersonal skills.Physical requirements include lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds, pushing and pulling up to 35 pounds, standing for extended periods, bending and twisting frequently, gripping, reaching, and pinching with arms and hands frequently, and squatting, kneeling, balancing, and climbing occasionally.
