Job Summary

Duties

Develop detailed spreadsheets and utilize financial reporting software to prepare comprehensive reports for internal teams and clients.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate financial concepts into strategic planning and risk assessment frameworks.
Lead research initiatives on financial markets, real estate financial markets, and investment banking trends to inform model development and decision-making.
Manage junior analysts by providing guidance on quantitative analysis techniques, model construction, and best practices in financial analysis.
Communicate complex findings clearly to stakeholders through presentations and written reports, ensuring transparency and understanding of key insights.
Experience
Proven experience in quantitative financial analysis within the financial services industry or asset management firms.
Strong background in financial model development, construction of spreadsheets, and proficiency with financial software tools.
Demonstrated expertise in interpreting financial statements and applying accounting principles within a finance context.
Extensive knowledge of financial markets, real estate analysis, investment management strategies, and portfolio management techniques.
Familiarity with accounting software and advanced Excel skills for detailed modeling purposes.
Experience working with financial planning tools or asset management systems is highly desirable.
Excellent client communication skills with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly and professionally.
