Bar Server

We are currently seeking a friendly and customer service-oriented individual to join our team as a Server in the Lobby Restaurant at Courtyard by Marriott Downtown Eugene. As a bartender/server, you will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring that our guests have a positive dining experience. *Responsibilities:* * Greet and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner * Take food and drink orders accurately * Deliver orders to the correct table in a timely manner * Ensure customer satisfaction by checking in with guests and addressing any issues * Handle cash and credit card transactions * Bartend as needed * Maintain a clean and organized work environment *Requirements:* * Previous experience in a customer service role preferred * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment * Attention to detail * Must be able to stand and walk for long periods of time * Must be 21 years of age or older * Valid Oregon Food Handler's card and OLCC permit (or ability to obtain) * Availability for days, nights, weekends, and holidays * Part-time and Full-time availability Compensation & Benefits: * Hourly wage plus tips * Health insurance (eligible per company policy) * Paid Time Off * Employee Discounts _Crossover opportunity in other positions within the hotel as well._ Pay: $15.55 - $16.05 per hour Benefits: * Employee discount * Flexible schedule * Food provided * Paid time off * Paid training * Referral program Work Location: In person
