Affirmed Home Care is seeking experienced and compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide dedicated one-on-one care for private clients in Katonah and Southampton, New York. This opportunity is ideal for nurses who value building meaningful relationships with patients while delivering high-quality clinical care in a comfortable home environment. You’ll work closely with clients and their families while supported by a highly responsive and professional clinical team. Compensation & Benefits Highly Competitive Pay: $60–$67 per hour Flexible Scheduling: Full-time, part-time, and per diem opportunities Comprehensive Benefits: Health, dental, and vision coverage Professional Development: Ongoing training and advancement opportunities Supportive Team Environment: Dedicated clinical and administrative support ⚡ Immediate Openings Available Key Responsibilities • Provide one-on-one skilled nursing care in the client’s home • Perform comprehensive assessments and develop individualized care plans • Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders • Monitor patient condition and respond promptly to changes in health status • Deliver specialized care such as wound care, IV therapy, and catheter management • Educate patients and families on disease management and home safety • Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory standards • Collaborate with physicians, care coordinators, and family members to ensure optimal care Qualifications ✔ Active New York State Registered Nurse (RN) License ✔ 1–2+ years of clinical nursing experience preferred (home care, private duty, med-surg, or geriatrics) ✔ Strong clinical judgment and ability to work independently in a home care setting ✔ Excellent communication and patient-care skills ✔ BLS / CPR Certification (e.g., from the American Heart Association) ✔ Reliable transportation preferred ✔ Experience with Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems is a plus Join Our Team Today If you are a dedicated RN who takes pride in delivering compassionate, personalized care, we would love to connect with you.
