We support customers across infrastructure, aerospace, industrial, and related markets.Position OverviewWe are seeking a Strategic Accounts Director to drive OEM growth and expand long-term manufacturing partnerships within our contract manufacturing platform.This role focuses on acquiring and growing strategic OEM accounts, developing long-term production agreements, and aligning customer requirements with manufacturing capabilities.The ideal candidate has deep experience in contract manufacturing environments, specifically within sheet metal fabrication and welding operations.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and expand OEM customer relationshipsSecure long-term manufacturing agreementsLead pricing strategy and contract negotiationsCollaborate with engineering and operations teamsGrow customer accounts across programs and product linesDrive revenue growth within targeted industrial verticalsQualifications12+ years of contract manufacturing sales or strategic account leadership experienceDirect experience in sheet metal fabrication and welding requiredStrong understanding of fabrication processes, materials, and manufacturing operationsProven success managing complex OEM accounts and manufacturing programsMachining experience is a plus
