Senior Full Stack Engineer

Enterprise AI for Everyone, Not Just EngineersSenior Full-Stack Engineer (User Experience & Platform)Atlanta, GA (Buckhead) / Hybrid | Reports to VP of Engineering / CEO | Early Engineering TeamThe CompanyPeach Pilot is an enterprise AI operating system that deploys interconnected AI agents into business workflows. These agents share context, coordinate across teams, and improve over time. We view AI as a collaborator that augments human capability rather than a tool that replaces it.Most enterprise AI pilots fail—not because the technology is inadequate, but because people don't trust or adopt it. Employees ignore AI recommendations, redo work manually, or quietly resist the change. While most AI vendors focus on technical capability, Peach Pilot focuses on trust and adoption. Our platform is designed for everyday business users. No coding, configuration, or IT dependency is required. If someone can send an email, they can use Peach Pilot. We pair the AI operating system with Forward Deployed Engineers who embed with client teams and guide them through adoption. Instead of deploying software and walking away, we ensure employees trust and incorporate AI into daily work.Peach Pilot is a funded, independent startup headquartered in Buckhead, Atlanta. The company was co‐founded by:Mario Montag (CEO) – Founder of Predikto, a machine learning company acquired by a Fortune 50; former McKinsey and PwC.JP James (Co‐Founder & Chairman) – Founder of Hive Financial Assets, Georgia TITAN 100, and AI instructor at Georgia Tech. Companies that successfully integrate AI into everyday work will gain a significant advantage over those that cannot. The RoleYou will own the entire user‐facing experience of the Peach Pilot platform. This is the most important engineering surface in the company. Our users are CEOs, operations leaders, and business professionals—many of whom have never used developer tools and may be skeptical of AI. Your responsibility is to make the product intuitive, reliable, and trustworthy. We call this the "Waymo Moment." When someone first enters an autonomous vehicle, they may feel nervous. After a few minutes, they relax because everything simply works. That same sense of trust must emerge when someone interacts with Peach Pilot.Every screen, transition, and interaction must reinforce confidence in the system. If the interface creates doubt, the power of the AI behind it becomes irrelevant. This is a senior full‐stack role with a strong emphasis on frontend and user experience.
