Training Support Specialist
The Training Support Specialist provides administrative support for Learning & Performance Development (LPD) programs, with an emphasis on supporting Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) training activities. This role assists with grading assignments, monitoring and following up on required training documentation, managing routine training inbox communications, and maintaining accurate records in LPD tracking systems. The Training Support Specialist also supports additional LPD programs as needed, collaborates with training program leaders, escalates unresolved issues according to established processes, and helps ensure training requirements are completed accurately and on time.Compensation: $20-21 per hour.Job Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.Provide administrative support for Learning & Performance Development (LPD) programs, with an emphasis on Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) training support.Grade assignments and review training documentation in accordance with established requirements.Monitor training documentation and completion timelines; send routine reminders and follow up on past‐due items.Escalate unresolved documentation or compliance issues following established processes.Assist with management of the RBT and/or LPD training inbox, including responding to routine inquiries and routing items as needed.Maintain accurate records and notes in LPD tracking systems related to learner progress, delays, and barriers.Identify and document common barriers to training completion and communicate trends to training program leaders.Run standard and ad hoc reports to support training monitoring and compliance.Collaborate with training program leaders on learner tracking, reporting, and administrative support for training initiatives.Support learners across multiple role groups, including BT/RBT, BCBA, and operations roles.Maintain confidentiality of employee training records and information.Perform other duties as assigned in support of Learning & Performance Development functions.Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Highly qualified candidates will have a minimum of one year of experience assisting with staff onboarding and tracking ongoing training requirements.
