Physical Therapist (Hiring Immediately)

Physical Therapist Location: New York, NY (Full-Time) Salary: $100,000–$120,000/year Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Summary This Physical Therapist role focuses on evaluating patients, identifying functional limitations, and building structured plans of care that improve mobility, reduce pain, and restore day-to-day function. You will deliver skilled treatment, track measurable progress, and educate patients with clear home programs that support results between visits. Responsibilities Evaluate patients and document findings, goals, and plan of care Create individualized treatment plans based on functional needs Deliver therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, and neuromuscular re-education as appropriate Track progress and adjust treatment plans based on patient response Educate patients on home programs, safe movement, and injury prevention Communicate with referring providers and care teams as needed Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation Requirements Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program Current New York Physical Therapist license (or ability to obtain) CPR certification (or willingness to obtain) Experience in outpatient orthopedics preferred (new grads welcome with strong clinicals) Strong communication and documentation skills Benefits 2 weeks PTO Health Insurance 401K Plan with 3% Company Match If you’re ready for a clinic role where your work is clear, impactful, and valued, send your resume over and let’s set up a quick intro call.
