HVAC/R Technician

Overview: We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in HVAC systems, equipment repair, and property maintenance. Duties: - Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems in residential and commercial settings - Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with heating and cooling systems - Perform equipment repair and replacement as needed - Design and build HVAC systems according to specifications - Maintain accurate records of work performed - Drive a company van to service locations - Ensure compliance with all safety standards and regulations Experience: - Proven experience as an HVAC Technician or similar role - Proficiency in reading schematics and understanding technical manuals - Strong mechanical aptitude for equipment repair - Knowledge of refrigeration systems and property maintenance - Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Nice-to-Have Skills: - Certification in HVAC or related field - Experience in property maintenance or related trades This is a great opportunity for an experienced HVAC Technician to showcase their skills in a dynamic work environment.
