🚨 Hiring – Windows Kernel Driver Engineer📍 Location: Redmond, WA (Hybrid)📅 Long-term ContractWe are looking for an experienced Windows Kernel Driver Engineer to design, develop, and debug high-quality kernel-mode and user-mode drivers at the hardware / firmware / OS boundary.Key Skills Required✔ Strong experience in Windows kernel-mode drivers (KMDF/WDM)✔ Hands-on experience with WinDbg debugging and crash dump analysis✔ Good understanding of IRP handling (I/O, Plug & Play, Power)✔ Experience in power management (S0–S5, D0–D3 transitions)✔ Exposure to hardware interaction (I2C / SPI / PCIe / USB) and device bring-up✔ Strong C / C++ programming skills✔ Experience with HLK / HCK, driver validation and release workflows✔ Familiarity with system-level debugging across HW / FW / Driver layersNice to Have ⭐➕ Experience in automation / telemetry / diagnostics
