CNC Machine Operator with PYTHONX experience

Role Overview The CNC PythonX Operator plays a critical front-end fabrication role. The operator inputs 3D structural modeling files into the robotic system to complete drilling, coping, beveling, and cutting in one comprehensive step. Key Responsibilities Machine Operation: Set up, calibrate, and safely operate the PythonX robotic plasma cutting cell. Data Input: Read and interpret structural steel blueprints, detailing layouts, and digital work orders. Material Handling: Load and maneuver massive structural steel pieces (including wide-flange beams, HSS tubes, channels, and pipes) using overhead cranes or conveyors. [1] Quality Inspection: Verify the dimensional accuracy of processed parts using precision measuring tools to maintain high quality-assurance standards.
