FORMSETTER/FINISHER

Summary:The form setter builds wood and/or metal forms for the construction of concrete sidewalks, curbs and gutters and other concrete structures.Essential Duties and Responsibilities: include the following. Other duties may be assigned.Build and lay out forms as required according to specifications with the ability to make calculations depending on gradesFill form with fill material and compact with tamper or compactor to bring to required gradeClean work site of any tools, debris and equipmentQualification Requirements:To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
