Position SummaryWe are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Human Resources Coordinator to join our team. This entry-level HR role is responsible for supporting a wide range of HR functions, including employee relations, hourly recruitment, benefits, HRIS management, payroll support, and general administration. This position will serve as a key point of contact in a plant manufacturing environment for employees and leaders, helping to ensure accurate, timely, and confidential Human Resource service delivery.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct hourly hiring process, including job postings internally.Support employee relations by assisting in conflict resolution and communicationAdminister and maintain employee records and HR documentationManage and update HR systems such as Dayforce, Verified First, and I-9 systemSupport with Open Enrollment for Benefits and new hires with Benefit Enrollment.Coordinate and lead employee engagement initiatives (e.g., morale events, recognition programs)Ensure data accuracy in HRIS and assist with data audits and reportingServe as a resource to employees regarding HR policies, benefits, payroll, and general inquiriesSupport company-wide HR programs such as performance reviews, and trainingMaintain confidentiality of sensitive employee information at all timesAssist with special HR projects and initiatives as assignedQualificationsAssociate or bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or related field preferred. 1–2 years of experience in a human resources role, preferably in a generalist or coordinator capacityBilingual in Spanish preferred. Job Hours typically 8:30 AM to 5PM however every other week will need to either stay late or come in early to catch off shifts. Skills And AbilitiesStrong organizational and time management skillsHigh level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential informationProficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)Effective written and verbal communication skillsAbility to build trust and maintain strong working relationships across all levelsDetail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesComfortable presenting in small group settings and delivering training sessionsCollaborative and self-motivated, with a proactive approach to problem-solvingSponsorship for work authorization is not available for this position. It is the candidate’s responsibility to ensure they are legally authorized to work in the location to which they apply. The pay range for this full-time, salaried position is $45,921 - $68,881/year. Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. The position is eligible for a discretionary annual incentive based on company and individual performance.
