Join us in making a significant impact!Role OverviewAs a Lead Project Manager, you will oversee a diverse range of airport design projects, including paving, grading, airport lighting, and fuel systems. Your role will involve managing large-scale and high-risk projects, ensuring program management for multi-disciplinary efforts, and building strong client relationships.Your Responsibilities:Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex airport design projects across various locations. Maintain project quality through the development and implementation of best practices and regular audits. Communicate project updates effectively to all stakeholders, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines. Manage project resources including staffing, budgets, and procurement to achieve optimal outcomes. Monitor project performance, track milestones, and ensure adherence to best practices in project management. Identify and mitigate project risks by developing contingency plans and proactively addressing challenges. Gather client feedback to enhance service quality and identify areas for improvement. What You Bring:A Bachelor's degree in civil engineering is preferred; an associate degree with relevant experience is acceptable. A minimum of 8 years in the consulting industry, with at least 10 years of project management experience in airport design projects. Strong understanding of engineering business consulting. Exceptional client service skills, with a knack for effective communication and leadership. Outstanding interpersonal and decision-making abilities, with innovative problem-solving skills.
