Electrical Project Engineer

Must Have Qualifications 3+ years with Heavy Civil construction Experience with RFIs, Change Orders, Submittals Willing to work in an onsite environment Experience with managing personnel, professional communication, and ability to plan in a fast-paced environment Must have a valid drivers' license Top Skills / Key Job Responsibilities Analysis of drawings, specifications, and PG&E Greenbook. Document and compute the percentage of completion/installed materials and work. Assemble plans and work packages for upcoming work. Assist in the layout of work to include elevation and control points. Document project changes on as-built drawings. Assist Superintendent and General Foreman in the compilation of daily unit reports, work reports, timecards, and import/export data. Participate in kickoff meetings, tailgate/tailboard meetings, environmental and safety meetings. Procure materials and tools as directed by Superintendent and General Foreman. Supervise field operations. Assist with the production of the baseline project schedule. Evaluate schedule and update as work progresses. Identify risks associated with material procurement, equipment, and work plan that may negatively impact the project. Complete cost coding on invoices to ensure financials are accurate. Compile RFIs and submittals. Track progress accordingly.
