This position is responsible for developing and executing sales strategies for contract, contract-to-hire, and permanent staffing solutions. The Sales Director will expand our client base, build relationships, and drive business outcomes by collaborating with recruiting and account management teams to deliver tailored staffing solutions. The role requires a strategic thinker with the ability to lead a high performing sales team.Key Responsibilities:1. Business Development:-Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth, including pipelinemanagement and lead generation, to acquire new clients for Kellton’s ITstaffing services.-Identify and secure new business opportunities with a focus on contractstaffing, contract-to-hire, and permanent placements.-Leverage personal networks and industry expertise to generate high-valueleads and build relationships with C-level and senior executives.-Cultivate relationships with key decision-makers to secure long-termcontracts and partnerships.-Conduct thorough research to identify potential clients and proactivelyreach out to prospective clients based on their staffing needs-Collaborate with the recruiting manager and practice leads to deliveroptimal staffing solutions that meet client requirements.2. Team Leadership:-As the sales team grows, mentor and manage other sales professionals,developing their capabilities and aligning team goals with businessobjectives.-Provide guidance, support, and training to the sales team to maximizetheir potential and ensure alignment with the overall sales strategy.3. Operational Delivery:-Collaborate with the recruiting and account management teams to ensureseamless delivery and successful client engagements.-Lead the creation of tailored solutions to address client-specific needs,ensuring a strong alignment between proposed solutions and clientexpectations.4. Client Relationship Management:-Serve as a primary point of contact for new and existing clients, ensuring apositive client experience and uncovering opportunities for growth andexpansion.-Monitor and evaluate client satisfaction, developing strategies to improvethe client experience.5.
