You’ll lead a dynamic team, ensuring our partners—manufacturers and distributors—are set up for success at every stage of the pre-construction workflow, from estimating and design through procurement and beyond. In this role, you’ll drive the quality of product data, including master product information, pricing, e-commerce data, and 3D models, while supporting distributors in seamlessly integrating this content into their systems to enable digital procurement. If you're passionate about shaping the future of construction technology, this is the perfect opportunity for you!Develop a global strategy to synchronize content partnerships across regionsManage key distributor relationships, including Ferguson, in their implementation of content data into their ERP to enable pricing, quoting, and procurement capabilitiesManage key manufacturer relationships to ensure our manufacturer partners content is properly represented and of the highest quality across master product information, availability, pricing, ecommerce, geometry, and othersEstablishing processes with each partner for receiving content on a timely basis, meeting with the partner personnel to report on data quality and exposureEvaluating customer needs across personas to influence future roadmapManufacturer and Distributor Content Consent to enable workflows (Estimating, Design, ERP, Procurement, Etc.)Auditing data to make sure its properly represented throughout the supply chainIdentifying strategic opportunities to growth the manufacturer and distributor businessCommunicate the value of Trimble MEP’s products and eco-systems and Trimble product data and and to be able to Recognize potential sales opportunities and arrange introductory meetings involving appropriate Trimble Sales team representativesPartner with cross-functional teams to identify and implement product, data and process improvements across manufacturer and distributorProvide assistance on issue escalations and ensure there has been proper handoff and resolution to the satisfaction of the manufacturer and TrimbleWhat Skills & Experience You Should Bring5+ years experience in a sales, account management, customer success, or customer-facing product or product marketing function 5+ years of experience as a people manager, with demonstrated ability to performance manage and delegate tasksExperience working at a building part manufacturer or with building part manufacturers (e.g. at a distributor in a manufacturer facing role)Demonstrated ability to manage technical and/or customer escalations from start to resolutionTrimble’s Inclusiveness CommitmentWe believe in celebrating our differences.
