Rv Sales AssociateCamping World is seeking a high energy, motivated RV Sales Associate to grow the business. Ideal candidates will possess the drive to work hard, sell RVs, have fun and make money!This is a commission-based role with uncapped commissions (no soft packs on commissions). Successful team members can earn $50,000 - $150,000 or more annually based on performance. Year-end sales volume bonuses available to those who qualify.What You'll Do:Take the lead to promote a top-notch, high quality customer experience selling new and used RVsConduct effective demonstration rides and walk through presentationsClose sales effectively by working closely with F&I teamFollow up and commit to a no-pressure, high integrity approach with each customerWhat You'll Need to Have for the Role:High school diploma or equivalent is required2+ years' experience in sales ideally RV, automotive, television, furniture, or real estate preferredMust be bondable and able to secure a professional sales licenseBasic computer skills to review inventory and enter customer informationValid driver's license requiredMay lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs. with assistive devicesPeriods of standing, stooping, crawling, and bendingGeneral Compensation DisclosureThis position is a 100% commission-based role. No Soft Pack; Minimum Commissions/Flats apply. The variable compensation estimated annual range is $50,000 - $150,000. In California, Massachusetts, Michigan, and Maine you will receive a base hourly rate equal to the applicable hourly minimum wage in addition to variable compensation earned.
